I was looking for some red shoes through google and this website came up so i clicked on it and found some super cute shoes at amazing prices. I when out of town and when I returned my shoes had already arrived then I read the letter your company sent me I got a credit to my account for the price of my shoes and the shoes were still given to me as a gift so that in itself was amazing so not only did my shipment come earlier than expected, i recived a free pair of shoes and I also get 10% off my next order!I really appreciate your customer service I will only be purchasing shoes from your company for myself my husband and my two kids and I have been and will continue to recommend your company to all of my friends. Hello, I placed an order for a pair of shoes and the order number is 565845. I received my shoes yesterday and I would just like to say THANK YOU SOO MUCH TO Team Lead Scarlett and Manager Nova.. You guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me these shoes. I really do appreciate it. This is the true meaning of Customer Service, when I called I was very upset but everyone I spoke with remained professional and everyone kept getting back to me as promised, weather the news was good or bad.. My first order I placed with your company had arrived in a very reasonable time, however as beautiful the boots I ordered were, I was unable to wear them due to issues of my own. I returned them and was promptly refunded. This time I ordered three pairs of shoes (two of which are for my upcoming wedding) at fantastic prices. I am expecting them any day. I ordered 3 pairs of footwear on my first order with this company. It took 7 business days to get a shipping confirmation notice. Then money was refunded back to my account with no communication from them as to why! I find out when I get the other two pair of footwear via a letter from them stating "We determined one of your items was not our standards". They just sent them and gave me no options. Order with caution!!!!

The boot is not the one I originally wanted, that boot was not in stock. I needed whatever boot I ordered to arrive prior to Christmas. Even after changing the order Shiekhshoes worked with me, arranged for me to buy a different pair and I received the item 5 days before Christmas. The customer care people even dealt with my attitude, which I must admit was a little rude at first because of the disappointment the boot not being in stock. In the end, I felt like Shiekhshoes went out of their way to make it happen for me. Thank You, you have earned my business again!

I even called customer service and they were really kind, giving me options as to what I could do to make sure I had a pair when I needed it, which was great! The very next day though, my shoes came!
